1. Insurance Verification Training:
Our Insurance Verification Specialist offer remote 48-hour verification for you provider’s schedule to ensure that you front desk staff knows what to collect (balances, copay’s, co-insurance) prior to the patient coming in for their appointment, we also offer our virtual training for new/long term staff, we train your staff on the importance of understanding the Insurance portals how to get access and maintain access, how to know what to collect, when to collect and why to collect. It all begins with the front staff.
2. Medical Coding (FFS or RISK)
Our Medical certified (CPC CRC) coders offer 24/365 round the clock on demand Physican Medical coding for multi-specialty (PCP, Internal medicine, Urgent Care, Mental Health, Pharmacies, etc…) We will ensure encounters/claims are worked and submitted within 24-48 hours (about 2 days), all encounters/claims will be created 5 days prior to the date of service (DOS), to give the provider time to ensure that their encounters/claims are completed & sign/locked before the encounter/claim is worked and submitted to the payers.
3. RCM (Revenue Cycle Management) services:
Our RCM (Revenue Cycle Management) Team offers EDI/ERA enrollments for all payers working with clearing houses (TriZetto, Waystar, Emdeon etc.) to ensure claims are hitting the payer’s, rejected claims are worked in a timely manner. Payment posting (Insurances), patient billing (statements), work denials, corresponds, submitting and following up on appeals. To catch trends so your practice and increase revenue and diminish denials.
4. Insurance Credentialing Provider/Office
Our dedicated Credentialing Team specializes in ensuring a provider is credentialed and in-network with payers that the provider would need to be enrolled in (Medicare Part B, Medicaid, BCBS, Aetna etc.) Ensuring a provider’s medical license is up to date, DEA Registration help (CAQH, Sunbiz, DEA, PECOS, NPPE’S etc.) applying for New NPI numbers for facilities or Non-profit organizations, applying for new P-TAN numbers, to making sure provider is credentialed and stay credentialed within the practice.
